  • HOW DO I GET ON YOUR WAITLIST?
    If I am taking on clients, there will be a link to my brand enquiry form in my bio. I will receive an email notifying me when you have filled it out and get back to you in due course to let you know whether I am able to take you on as a client. Clients are taken on depending on the brief you provide. As I only have limited availability I am not able to take everyone on,Filling out my brand enquiry form does not mean you will be added to my waitlist. Clients are only added onto my waitlist after the brief and cost have been approved and the invoice has been sent. If my brand enquiry form is closed. That means I am not currently taking on new clients for that month.
  • HOW LONG IS THE WAIT?
    My waitlist times vary constantly. The wait can be anywhere from 1-6 weeks. It entirely depends on my availability at the time of your enquiry and the design. Any deadlines sooner than 4 weeks or by default by the end of that month is considered "urgent" requests or bookings. I only have maximum of 4 slots (which varies) for urgent bookings which is a extra fee.
  • HOW MUCH IS A LOGO?
    All my prices are quoted as per the brief provided I no longer have set pricing so I will only be able to provide you with a quote prior to you filling out my brand enquiry form. I may request additional info from you regarding your brand to be able to give you the most accurate quote.
  • HOW LONG DOES THE LOGO TAKE?
    Timescales completely depend on the brief you provide and how many elements need to be created. Every client takes a different amount of time to complete so therefore no solid completion dates will be given. I can however give you a rough estimate based on the brief provided. The estimate will not include time for amendments. So the more accurate the brief and information, the quicker the process will be....i'M NO MIND READER so please be detailed as possible.
  • HOW DOES IT WORK WITH PAYMENT?
    Once we have discussed everything you need for your brand and the cost I have given you has been approved, I will send you the invoice. The invoice will be duel week prior to the start date I have provided you with. No bookings are secured until payment has been made. Should the payment not be on time, your booking may be delayed or cancelled. A full terms & conditons PDF will be attached to the invoice for you to read before making payment By making the payment, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditons outlined in that document.
